Nestled among a quiet no-through road in Canada Water, this three bedroom house with private garden belongs to a small group of modern townhouses.

In response to the needs of this young family of four, the house has been refurbished throughout with particular attention to lighting design and storage.

With a very modest ceiling height in the main reception area, the challenge was to arrive with the solution that will introduce some grandeur into this understated space. The full height, fully fitted joinery with exposed vertical pillars did just that. It is now a main focal point that provides plenty of ambience as well as healthy amount of storage. 

Using furniture arrangements and lighting the scattered open ground floor plan has been divided into defined functional zones adding order and ease for moving around. Touches of colour throughout add joy and turn these spaces into a pleasing family home.
