This beautifully located apartment has once been fashionably fitted out and adored by the family. But as the young generation fled home for the dormitory, it appeared in need of modernisation that would reflect new family lifestyle.

The client has asked Dabrovska Design to create a concept around an existing layout that would help consolidate their vision for a timeless, contemporary home. The scope involved new finishes and electrical installation throughout, new bathroom designs, furniture and bespoke joinery. 

A new marble floor was proposed running from the entrance hall, through to the guest powder room and master bathroom highlighting the sense of space of this single storey apartment. The colour scheme is relaxed and muted, largely dictated by the earthiness of natural stones and timbers. Proposed lighting brings another layer of beautifully crafted detail while adding a charming ambience.
